- Assistant lecturer under the mentorship of Dr. Jessica Parr in a flipped general chemistry II classroom with 104 students. Made five lecture videos and attended all live lectures. Designed two at home chemistry experiments for the students’ final project. Wrote practice problems for each section. Held weekly office hours. Designed and analyzed an evaluation on students’ observations of chemistry around them. This evaluation will be published as a chemical education study on changing students’ attitudes towards chemistry. Participated in a learning theory reading group hosted by Dr. Jessica Parr in which we studied the science behind learning and ways to incorporate this into the classroom.
